Short Break to Scotland 6-8 September 2011

An enthusiastic group of members spent this short time visiting Scotland. The main objective was the tour of Dumfries House which followed an excellent lecture earlier in our programme.  Of course we made a few stops along the way.

Rain seemed likely although we managed to enjoy gardens in the sunshine as well

As usual we found excellent accommodation, food and simply relaxing in good company

 Culzain Castle was next on the Agenda

  ....Next stop was Dumfries House itself.
